After assessing your current state of health and diet Olga will help you set your health goals and figure out specific lifestyle changes and food choices that should bring you to your goals. When she makes a suggestion she always explains why and how it’s is going to help your body. She engages you in creating your plan in a way that at the end of a consultation you have a program tailor-made just for you. She prefers working on changing your eating habits vs putting you on a restrictive diet. She will motivate and encourage you until you are comfortable and happy with your new eating style and have reached your health goals.
Olga believes that the body has an amazing ability to self-heal if we provide it with the right conditions. And REAL food is one of those conditions! If you are a patient of Dr Safayan your nutritional visits will be covered by the insurance. And you can contact the front desk to schedule an appointment with Olga.
If you are not a Dr Safayan’s patient you’ll be required to pay in full at the end of each session. Olga will give you a receipt to submit to your insurance for reimbursement. The initial consultation fee is $175.00 (1 hour) and follow ups are $150.00. You can also sign up for a 3- or a 6-visit package with a 15% or 25% discount respectively.
